Never in my life pulled up a mechanic shop at loves and have to wait 7 hours to get 1 tire replaced on a trailer when it’s only 4 trucks ahead . Like what are they doing hiring mechanics with no experience working on big rigs ? Don’t have the right tools ? Two people working and it’s extra slow to repair simple common issues

They did very well. They were c8xgpnwvery knowledgeable. About 4 hours for battery change and preparing a new cable. Fixing the charger for the inverter.

We TRUST the mechanics to keep us sage out here on the road!! PM oil change done. Mechanic has my husband check the oil, has us start the truck, tops off fluid, says all is good. Hood was shut, headed down the road, ppst trip shows oil cap was not put back on and oil is everywhere! Now we have to buy more oil and was the truck for a second time this week. Very frustrating!!

Sorry, guys bud just wanna let you know who owner or supervisor or manager for that I’ll wait three hours for check my ABS light indoor seal back when I come inside he say two hours three hours. You’ll be fine. We check for you and fix it. Everything to you when I came after three hours. He told me I can’t do that because we are busy but that people stay outside smoke and drink Red Bull and talk together. I think this people is not here for work so sorry for talking that but the people doesn’t respect the work and doesn’t respect for people so I just do the report for sure to the owner. I think he needs to change the staff because it’s not respect work and people on time
